L&S Annual Planning Processes for Short-Term Staffing and TA Appointments
The planning processes, further instructions and deadlines for Short-term Staffing, TA Staffing, and Guarantee Support Plans are listed and linked on this page.
Each January for the upcoming academic year, the College of Letters & Science begins an exercise to collect and approve departmental plans for Short-Term Staffing, TA Staffing and Expenditure and Guarantee Support offer for graduate students. Along with those plans, departments are asked to provide Teaching Reports for their Faculty and renewable Academic Staff, and a TA Early Report.

- Spring 2021: No deadline, but departments must be mindful of any deadlines communicated by L&S HR/Payroll
