This document outlines how to use the self-service tools to manage your NetID account.
Most NetID problems can be resolved without having to call the DoIT Help Desk. A series of NetID tools was created so that you can resolve your account issues quickly and easily.
If you have forgotten your NetID or NetID Password, you can recover it using the tool linked above. See NetID Account Recovery (Password Reset) for more information.
