If you receive the error message"Invalid User Name / Password. You will be taken back to the login page."the most probable causes are either you entered an incorrect username or password, or your user account is inactive.
Note that passwords are case-sensitive.
Try logging in again. If you forgot your password or are still unable to login, try logging in again. If you forgot your password or are still unable to login, please contact your campus help desk.
If you receive the error message"There was an error processing the page you requested."the most probable cause is that you are not enrolled in the organization.
Please contact your campus help desk.
If you receive an error message"The account you are trying to access has been locked out"you have attempted to login with an invalid username/password combination several times within a short period of time and your account has been locked.
Wait a few minutes and try to login again.
If you still cannot login, please contact your campus help desk.
To change the security settings:
- Go to Tools
->Internet Options, click on the Security tab and change the security level to Medium or possibly Medium-High.
- In Tools
->Internet Options, click on the Privacy tab and change the privacy level to Medium.
- Go to Tools
- Click Privacy near the top.
- Ensure that "Accept cookies from sites" is checked.
