This document provides useful information for new users of the Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing service.

Overview:

Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing can be used by instructors, students, researchers, administrators and other UW employees and affiliates for online meetings and sessions. A more detailed overview can be found in the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra - Overview (UW-Madison) document.
