GENERAL DESCRIPTION:This job aid contains a list of Human Resources (HR) reports and queries, a brief description and a hyperlink to the reports KnowledgeBase document.
- Some Reports and or Queries are scheduled while others are expected to be run on an Ad hoc basis.
- A number of HRS reports are delivered to campuses via the Cypress Report Distribution System.
- Please contact the HRS Support Center to request access to Cypress.
- The The Workflow Exception Dashboard in HRS is available for credentialed users ONLY and is based on current security roles.
- WED queries will be viewable only if users have the ability to fix them.
- Corrective action may be required as a result of information presented on any of these reports.

Adhoc Cypress WED Report Report Description X Running the Address Cleansing Exception Report in HRS Lists employees that have been identified as having invalid Home or Mail addresses in HRS. Employees appearing on this query need to have this information updated via Modify a Person. X Processing the WED Missing Business Addresses Report in HRS Lists employees with a missing Business address. Employees appearing on this query need to have this information updated via Modify a Person. X Processing the WED Missing Home Addresses Report in HRS Lists employees with a missing Home address. Employees appearing on this query need to have this information updated via Modify a Person. X Processing the WED Missing Adjusted Continuous Service Date Report in HRS Lists WRS eligible employees missing an Adjusted Continuous Service Date. The Override report lists positions where automatic cross updating has been prevented from occurring.
X Running the Position Empl Class Change Audit (Query Report) in HRS Lists POSITION_DATA records that have had Employee Class changes within a specified date range. X Processing the WED SOD Reports in HRS Lists users who have created HRS entries which could have a potential Separation of Duties (SOD) conflict. X Reviewing Mandatory Employee Training in HRS List of employee status of courses that all UW employees are required to take as a condition of employment.
