ShopUW+ Assign a Substitute Requester
This will walk requesters through substituting a requester to take over while they are unavailable.
- Sign into ShopUW+
- Go to "Shop" icon on the left hand menu > My Carts and Orders > View Carts > Assigned Carts
- Once in assigned carts, select "Assign Substitute" at the top left (shown below)
- Search for your substitute and select their name
- Only one person can be selected as a substitute
When you have a substitute assigned, it must be manually turned off once you want to receive requests again. The option to end substitution will appear in place of the "assign substitute" button in your assigned carts.
