The Commission's purpose is to ensure that reasonably priced service is provided to utility customers. They set utility rates and determine levels for adequate and safe service. They also approve, reject or modify major utility construction proposals and approve utility stock and bond sales.

You should first try to resolve your dispute directly with the utility for mobile home park before contacting the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin for assistance.
