HIPAA Training is required of all faculty, staff, students, and volunteers who work in areas that have access to Protected Health Information, or who support areas that have access to this information must complete HIPAA training as required on an annual basis

The following information is provided to help people with disabilities know what potential barriers may exist with the HIPAA training course.
Several areas of the course have low contrast text, for example, the navigation links on the left-hand side of the page. Contrast issues can be also found at the bottom of the page where contact information is posted
Some of the alt text is unable to be read by the screen reader because it is hidden. This is unreadable content for screen reader users.
When using the keyboard, users are forced to skip over certain choices. Specifically, the keyboard does not bring them to the second response when there are only two choices.
