The vendor, Blackboard, will perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance starting at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, to 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 13, 2018. Collaborate Ultra will be unavailable and Collaborate Original will be available though access to recorded sessions will be intermittent during this timeframe.
The vendor will make all efforts to keep any service disruption within the window to a minimum, but Collaborate Ultra and Original clients should expect intermittent connectivity.
