Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: January Update (1/14/18)

Blackboard plans to deploy a new release on Sunday, January 14, 2018, during which the service will remain available. This is primarily a maintenance update though will involve the use of a new service-side process for converting PowerPoints and PDF files to improve accessibility. According to the vendor, there will be some minor differences in the conversion process that will vary depending on the source document, however the accessibility on content slides has been improved.
