RESOLVED: The Blackboard Collaborate service, both Ultra and Classic, were unavailable due to an unexpected service outage, from approximately 1:28 p.m. to 2:26 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2017.
Your patience was appreciated as the vendor worked to resolve the issue.
