MyUW - Bug - Inconsistent Results When Using "Add to Home" Feature

Some users may experience a bug when adding an app to their homepage that causes the app to not actually appear on the homepage.

Nature of the Issue

When adding an app to the homepage, some users will infrequently encounter a bug that causes the app to not be added to home. After clicking the "Add to Home" button, the button cannot be clicked again but the app does not appear on the homepage.



If you encounter this issue, do the following to resolve it:
  1. Clear the cache and cookies of your web browser.
  2. Restart your web browser.
  3. Check the homepage of MyUW for the affected app.
  4. If you do not see the app, search for it and click the "Add to Home" button again.
  5. Check the homepage of MyUW again. The app should now appear.
