HR - University Staff Temporary (LTE) Hours Report

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This user procedure describes how to run and use the University Staff Temporary (LTE) Hours Report. The University Staff Temporary (LTE) Hours Report (UWHRR013) provides cumulative hours worked for each active University Staff Temporary (LTE) Job within the most recent twelve months from the job anniversary date. It is used to monitor the statutory 1040 hour limit for an University Staff Temporary (LTE) appointment within a 12 month period. This report includes only hours paid in HRS.

PROCEDURE STEPS:

  1. Navigate to UW HR Reports > LTE Hours Report

  2. Enter or create a Run Control ID. See PD - Setting Up Run Control IDs.
  3. Optional: Enter Dept ID.
  4. Click the Run button.

  5. Follow the PD - Viewing the Process Monitor instructions.
