University of Wisconsin - Madison employees will have the ability to view their benefits summary and dependent demographic/enrollment information on their respective campus portal page. This guide walks you through that process.
Upon logging into your campus portal page, you will see the main Welcome page. General information will be located here, and these views can be customized by the user. (Note* you may not see all the same dashboards as pictured.)
To view benefits information, click Launch Full App under BENEFIT INFORMATION. The page will contain information such as your WRS Annual Statements, Summary of Benefits, and Dependent Information. To view the Benefits Summary Detail and Update TSA Deductions information, scroll down to near the bottom of the page. Employees are encouraged to check all of this information to confirm that it's correct. If there are any discrepancies, contact your campus Benefit Administrator right away.
To view greater detail on your benefits selections, click the View Benefits Summary Detail button to open up the HRS system and log in. Upon logging in, you will be able to view links to your benefit plans, the plan description, and the coverage or participation level you have selected for that benefit option. To return the portal page, close the browser window that opened for HRS.To check your dependent information, click the Dependents tab. Your dependents are listed, as well as their relationship to you. To view more information about your dependents, you can click the View Dependent Details. This will launch HRS again, and provide you with a list of your dependents' information. To return to the portal page, close the browser window that opened for HRS. To return to the main Welcome page, press the MyUW back arrow button.
Click the MyUW back arrow to return to the main Welcome page.
