Each account in Office 365 has only one primary address, but an account can have multiple alternate addresses. An account will accept email for any email address on the account.
Emeritus Staff
  1. Emeritus Staff The status of Emeritus/Emerita is an honorary title conferred upon individuals who have had permanent employment at UW-Madison, are 55 years of age or older, and have completed a minimum of ten years of distinguished service. 

Employee of the Board of RegentsAll employees of UW–Madison (including University Staff). Prior to July 1 2015, classified employees were under the provisions of Wis. Stat. Chapter 230 and were still limited to the $12,000 statutory cap.
Employee-in-TrainingPersons holding a title in the Employees-in-Training title group are normally acquiring additional training or experience in their field of specialization. Two examples of Employees-in-Training titles are Postdoctoral Fellow and Postgraduate Trainee.

EPD Academic Staff Committee
  1. EPD Academic Staff Committee This committee assists department academic staff with information about academic staff governance and promotions. They are also connected with the college-wide CASI: Committee on Academic Staff Issues which advises the College of Engineering dean on academic staff policy and procedure formulation, review and development, in compliance with campus policies and procedures.

EPD Customer Service
  1. EPD Customer Service is responsible for taking calls and emails from customers. Located in the phone room (Room 705).

EPD Executive Committee
  1. The EPD Executive Committee is a department faculty committee that is required by the UW–Madison Faculty Policies and Procedures.
    Membership consists of:
    • All members of the department who are associate professors or professors and to whom the department has a continuing commitment of one-half time or more.
    • Professors and associate professors in the department to whom the department has a continuing commitment of less than one-half time, but for whom that department was the principal sponsor of the appointment. (See Chapter 7 of these rules.)
    • Other faculty members having tenure who have been granted joint executive appointments by action of that executive committee.

    Functions:

    The departmental executive committee has authority to make recommendations concerning faculty appointments, recruitment, leaves, nonretentions, dismissals, promotions, and salaries and other departmental budget matters, which are transmitted through the chair to the dean.
