A PeopleSoft administrator can verify that a course has been set as "in scope" in one of the following ways:
- SAIP Class Integration report: PeopleSoft > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > SA Integration Pack > SAIP Class Integration Report
- Check the values for the class on the SAIP scoping and association screens: PeopleSoft > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > SA Integration Pack > Scoping and Association
If the course is "in scope" but still does not appear in Canvas, then the data either has not updated yet in Canvas or there was a processing issue in Kimono or Canvas. A Canvas administrator can submit a ticket to Instructure Support (Canvas > Help) to investigate the issue. During add/drop periods, please note that it may take up to 24 hours to see an enrollment change in Canvas.
