SIS - Password Change for Student Employee & Special Purpose Access Usernames

This document has the procedure for changing the SIS password for student employees or special purpose accounts.

Note: The following procedure does not work on Google Chrome. A different browser should be used.

When you first login to SIS, you will need to change your password.

Your login id and password are unique to you and should not be shared with anyone else. The following steps will help you with signing on and updating your password:

  1. go to the website: Student Information System
  2. click on the "log in to SIS" button
  3. click on the "Student Employee & Special Purpose Access" link
  4. On the SIS Login screen,
    • Enter your user ID in uppercase (see SIS welcome email).
    • Enter your password exactly as shown above.
  5. Click [Sign In]
  6. A message displays "Your password has expired."
  7. Click on "Click here to change your password"
  8. Enter your current password (the one you just logged in with
  9. Enter your new password using the SIS password rules: (
  10. Re-enter the new password in the confirm password field
  11. Click [Change Password]
  12. At the password saved screen, click [OK]
  13. Click "Sign Out" in the upper right corner
  14. Enter your user ID
  15. Enter the Password you just set
  16. Click [Sign In]
