-
While in Internet Accounts, select the account that is linked to the resource calendar you would like to add.
- Ensure that you have Calendar and Contacts selected.
Opening a Calendar
Note: At a minimum, you will need to be granted "Full Details" or above in order to open a calendar.
- Open Apple Calendar/iCal
-
Select Calendar and then select Preferences.
- While under the Delegation tab, click the plus ("+") icon to add the calendar. You will then be prompted to type in the name of the calendar owner (or the name of the resource calendar) which you are trying to access. While typing, it will automatically search through your list of contacts (by using the GAL) for anything that matches what you have typed.
- Make sure you check the "Show" option after searching for the calendar you have access to. It will show up on your calendar until you come back to the settings and uncheck the "Show" option.
