UW Digital ID - Finding My Local Registration Authority

This document will summarize the steps you will take to discover and contact your Local Registration Authority (LRA).

Local Registration Authorities (LRAs) are individuals authorized to credential / identity proof a customer for UW Digital ID OTP tokens and digital certificates.

The LRA data fetch service is unavailable at this time. Please use the following steps to find an LRA.

  1. Go to https://uwdigitalid.wisconsin.edu/ in your web browser and log in by selecting your campus and entering your institutional login credentials.

  2. Click on the Click here for assistance link at the bottom of the page within in the UW Digital ID site.

  3. You can also find this information by clicking on the Find Help link in the left-hand navigation menu.
