How do I update my phone number?
I am an employee and have my mobile phone set in HRS. Why doesn't it populate for me in my UW-Madison Profile?
- This is a known issue. The Human Resources System (HRS) does not export cell phone information for employees to date. This is due to being unable to differentiate personal mobile phone information from work mobile phone information and out of respect for employee privacy around this data element.
