Examplify Download Fix

Instructions to fix an error with Examplify when the Download exam page is not working or frozen.


1. Confirm that Examsoft is closed out, then open File Explorer


2. Type in the following file path:
  C:\ProgramData\Examplify\Settings

3. Delete the following:
  Settings.json
