This document discusses the error message "Cannot connect to the message queuing service. Contact your administrator".
This error message is displayed in the Perceptive Content Message Center (toggle on and off using CTRL + M), and looks as follows:
The contents of the Message Center will be blank.
Historically this error would disappear after a minute or so.
The vendor is aware of this, it is a known-issue, however it is currently a low-priority issue for the vendor. As a work-around, we have reduced the polling of the message queueing agent from 1 minute to 15 seconds. This should have the outcome of mitigating the issue sooner on a Perceptive Content client desktop.
